Chef Noe Lorenzana joined Oakmont of San Antonio Heights with culinary credentials that include record setting achievements from notable Southern California culinary organizations. Chef Noe joined the Queen Mary culinary team at the age of twenty-one just after graduating from the Culinary Institute of America. He is the youngest individual to ever be a part of this team. In his career, he has overseen more than $21,000,000 in food sales and has managed over 240 culinary team members.
Chef Noe has lived in Upland, California since 1996 and originally came to the area for a position as Executive Chef at the prestigious Redlands Country Club. With an illustrious culinary career, Chef Noe decided to take on the challenge of bringing five-star dining to the senior living industry. He explains that creating exquisite meals without any limitations is easy compared to doing so while taking into account each resident’s dietary restrictions and nutritional needs. Taking on this challenge has allowed him to grow and excel as a chef.
